Everyone complains about head shots and how everytime there is a big hit a large rugby scrum occurs. There are so many players who take cheap shots with their elbows and their sticks. When it comes time to throw down, they pu$$ out! If you can't fight or protect yourself then you don't deserve to play a man's game, go play basketball or join a bowling league. Players will think twice about doing something dirty if they know they will have to answer for it. We need to get rid of the instigator rule. Also, players should be forced to remove helmets before they fight, getting hit in the helmet doesn't hurt anyone except the person's fist.
