Much is put into this rivalry and how the two teams play against each other no matter what rankings they have or how they perform up til the game is payed.

My question is this; Do the Heels have what it takes to live up to this rivalry?

Common knowledge shows that you can throw records out the window when it comes to these two teams playing each other, but to go against the grain, I am going to have to say, no. The Heels do not have what it takes to chalange Duke on Wednesday night.

The Heels are just a flat out bad team this year and the fact that their fans aren't jumping to defend their team shows that. Duke thrives where Carolina struggles, back court. I'll be watching for the "big three" to exploit their weaknesses and for them all to have a big night. As of now the Heels have a legit edge on the front court but not a big enough advantage to make a difference.

Duke has been able to limit their turnovers, something the Heels have not been able to do. Duke is far more superior at guard even though UNC goes deeper in the bench.
