The performance to date from the Chargers, I would have to say a BIG no. They have the players (skills), coaching is questionable, but they have no heart or desire as a unit to play at the level they are capable of performing. They just are not a team, but individuals, or at best a small group that can perform good at times. They lost their way, and unless somehow they can find themselves (a team that is capable of never losing) it will be a long winter.

They look dead. SO no, there done this year. But I hope I ea my words, I like the Chargers.

Under Turner? No. And I completely agre with all; this team looks like the heart - the fight - got sucked out of them. That goes straight to coaching. ultimately, the coach has to make them believe the can win, they have the talent to do the rest.

..........I agree. I think the season starting with Copper's suspension followed by the Merriman drama got things going on the wrong foot. They just don't seem to care. That being siad, half the teams in the league look the same..........................a rather uninteresting year overall......

They are definitely a playoff caliber team!!! The coach stinks!!! If by some miracle they make the playoffs it will be despite Norv. They have no cohesiveness and are just a bunch of players without any team concept.

It's all about the defense. IF Merriman comes back at full strength, I think they'll be a contender next year...but this year's pretty much a lost cause.

They have three very winnable games left. Kansas City.... the Bucs and a chance to stick it to Denver (who were given a victory last time they met)... I say they have a slim chance if they start running on all cylinders... i think they can do it!

To all the Ride or Die Fans,,,,,, Never say Never we all know the San Diego Super Chargers have the potential to do anything..... and to the Minneapolis goon, have you been watching football, do you know what your talking about LT is like a finely tuned engine, but if you don't take care of him and give him regular tune ups and only the best fluids he won't and Can't perform right...... WOW! What an awesome run! The only problem now is that Smith will probably hold on to Turner instead of facing the truth: the Chargers made the playoff despite of their coaching staff.
