I WENT TO THE VOTING BOOTH AND COULDNT FIND THE MAIN REASON I WENT, TO VOTE YES ON PROP D1 TO GET RID OF THE BCS AND PUT A PLAYOFF SYSTEM IN DIVISION 1.......DID ANYONE SEE THIS ON THERE BALLOT?
