I have the handcuff Edge/Hightower combo. Is Hightower worth keeping, or should I try to trade him while his value is high?

We start 2 RBs, 2 WRs, 1 RB/WR. Filled currently by Westbrook, Forte, Fitzgerald, Desean Jackson & Hightower.

I think I could potentially trade Hightower/Edge for another no.1 WR, or I could keep him playing the flex spot.

Any thoughts?
