Well, it starts again on Saturday. Basketball season is finally here. Both teams play exhibition games on Saturday. The women will play at 2:00 and the men will play at about 4:45. The game time has been moved with a volleyball game happening at 7:00.

The big question is "where will we be in January". We have mostly road games until January and the competition looks tough. We are even going to tackle the pe-season number one team in the land, North Carolina.

No question, this will make us a tougher team, but will we be beat up physically and emotionally? Will we have anything left to make a run come conference time?

As for me, I am always optimistic. Scott Sutton is great at what he does and he has recruited some mighty fine talent. Don't forget Jarvis. He should have an amazing year. Then we will get Mr. Ford later in the year. That could be a major boost of octane. We will surprise some people.
