The Mods are here to work with us, not against us. So how about throwing some suggestions their way because they lack the common knowledge to perform their duties on this forum.

I will start by suggesting they read the posts that have been reported as well as the prior posts leading up to the post in question. Then decide who is the root cause of the problem. And take notice of who is reporting the comments. If it is the same person reporting a high % of the reported comments, maybe something is wrong with that person.

Also, who decides when someone gets whacked or just has comments removed? Why are comments that have cussing in them but only out of humor more offensive than comments that have personal attacks and no cussing?

What is so offensive about telling young folk to wear condoms? Do you not support safe sex?

Yea, safe sex prevents the idiots from breeding!

And those idiots and their offspring all seem to post here, ban a person for a few cusswords but gets along with everyone here yet let the Trolls, idiots, haters and spammers run rampant, then have the nerve to wonder why or what's wrong here.

At the very least if you are going to ban someone ban all parties involved in the discussions in which one was getting banned for. Maybe people would be less argumentative with their posts this way. Also how about warning e-mails prior to banning someone, their is usually two sides to every story/argument. Adding an ignore feature would help tremendously, if one could simply choose to ignore a bothersome poster rather than report their comments. Just some suggestions on making a better forum all around.

The ignore feature would be great...I agree!

How about banning stupid threads...Many contain udder nonsense..

Why that would be like banning stupid posters with stupid utterly nonsense posts.

How mods view complaint suggestions.

Most suggestions more than likely fall on deaf ears sometimes however squeaky wheels do get greased.

My complaint, read the conversation instead of deleting every comment that is reported

More Johnson. More than legend. This guy invented the blues. Not technically, perhaps. But the majority of the guitar riffs you think of when someone says "blues" - they're his.

Agreed. When Keith Richards first heard Robert playing he said, "Who's the guy playing with Robert?" because he heard two guitars...but it was just one and it was just Robert. He was #5 on Rolling Stones list of guitarists.

I have 4 songs of his on my ipod.

"Hell hound on my trail", "Cross Roads blues", "Mojo working" and "Sweet Home Chicago".

In "The Blues Brothers", Jake dedicates their version of "Sweet Home Chicago" to "The Late Great Magic Sam". I've always wondered why since it was a Robert Johnson song.

He existed to early and died to soon.

The people getting deleted deserve it in my humble opinion. I try to keep things real and try to avoid all the profanity and name calling. I have no problem with people getting whacked for violating proper decorum.

So you are the (*)&&* &(**%^&( %^(*^ @^%&^ that reports on everyone.
