They need a aggressive manager someone who doesn't go to sleep in the 5th inning and chews on a toothpick during the game,,keep all the young future guys and build from there but don't give away chicken salad for chicken sh*****
If they can't get a good trade for a proven starter or closer and a shortstop then build from the farm teams..look what tampa Bay did....the Reds should pattern themselves after they way these guys came on in 2008.....
