The article in the previous Sports Illustrated about Vince Carter was absolutely appalling. Players like Vince Carter are a disgrace to the game. NBA players who are in it just to make money do not deserve the privilege of being professional players. They make a mockery of the game of basketball. Vince Carter is ruining the integrity of the NBA. Over his entire career he has never brought a team past 50 wins as a number one or number two player. He has stated repeatedly that he doesn???t even care about winning. Despite all the negative aspects your magazine decided to publish an article praising Carter for ???playing because he loves the game.??? This makes absolutely no sense at all. I am extremely disappointed with this article and I???m sure many of your others readers are as well.
