NFL  > Oakland Raiders  > Raiders filing a Grievance against JaMarcus
May 28, 2010, 04:11 PM
Grievance procedures are a means of dispute resolution that can be used to address complaints by employees against management or vice versa.

My guess is the Raiders are going to claim (rightfully so) that JaMarcus did not live up to being a football player.
ie he was
lazy
fat
he did not
exercise
train
study to play the QB position in the NFL.

They are trying to get back $9 million, I wonder if he even has $9 million left?

Getting rid of this guy was the best thing they could have done.

Al is getting so old that even he continues to live he is becoming irrevalent, word is his son is/has taken over.
