I recently got in an argument with some buddies who think that the instigator rule is a good thing. Personally, I think it ruins the game. The league wants to get rid of the "stickwork". Get rid of the instigator rule and this will come to an end. Want to get rid of pests like Sean Avery? (Or just get rid of his actions) Get rid of the instigator rule.
