listen up guys, I am by no means racist but when there is an organization demanding minority coaches be hired i think that is a little ridiculous. I don't see an organization trying to get more white kids on college football teams(which are dominated by MINORITIES). The fact is that most college coaches played some college ball and since the NFL is also dominated by minorities, a lot of the white kids that played in college turn to coaching whereas the minorities head off to play professionally. For goodness sake we have a mixed president now, you honestly think that every a.d. is racist????????
