You gotta give it up to the Detroit Red Wings. Capitalize on 2 of 5 powerplays, 2 goals at the as the last seconds of the second, and basically prove to the world that the defending cup champs are best, way way better than the damn lightning bolts. Come on... I'm a fat guy, and I could skate, SHOOT, and play better defense than the Lightning. I've never seen a more offensively talented group, be soooo totally crappy at offense than this.
I watch the games, and I want to puke. Okay, let's get 10 shots off in the first, and then forget how to take a slapshot, a perform a deke the rest of the game. This team sucks. NOT a little, but a lot. A week ago, we had this guy named Carle, who we aquired for this guy Boyle, who wasn't one of the best offensive d-men in the league or anything, but nontheless tampa has carle. Today, I turn on the tv, and apparently steve eminger has been aquired in a trade with matt carle. That would mean boyle=eminger. Boyle=Orr, thats more like it. Ok, maybe I'm a little too excited, but wow.
This team is the epitome of the philosphy, "lets make a team with young hotshots, who lack experience save for 4 players, and no chemistry and create a playoff bound team. I feel bad for Stamkos. This poor **** will never learn how to become a scorer, bc he's on a team that says hey, we have a goal lead, lets just play a half-**** d. Yo gotta be kidding me....
