First of all, Welcome Nebraska! Excellent decision.

So now that the Big Ten has their long-sought (although second choice) 12th member, how will it line up? Classic East / West? And is that a good thing? Iowa and Wisconsin's recent accomplishments notwithstanding, doesn't that seem a little stacked on the East side? Or maybe, the East has some of the best AND worst programs, and the West more of the Big Ten middlers? What would a North/South orientation look like?

East (in no particular order) West

Penn State Nebraska
Purdue Iowa
Indiana Minnesota
Michigan Illinois
Michigan State Northwestern
Ohio State Wisconsin
