The Friday after Thanksgiving you can drive your own car on Lowe???s Motor Speedway. They are having a huge Souvenir and Ticket Sale and if you buy $50 worth of souvenirs and tickets or donate $25 to Speedway Children???s Charities you can take your own car out on the track for 3 laps. The souvenirs aren???t expensive either. I went last year and the shirts and hats were only about $3 a piece. It isn???t just track stuff either, a lot of the team souvenir haulers go and sell their stuff for great prices. The sale is all weekend, but you can only drive your car on the track if you go on Friday. It???s a lot of fun. They also usually do some kind of special ticket deal as well.
