QUOTE:

Randall was a class act and I loved "hating" him in Philly, he was most elusive QB of his time, and I am not just talking the rush yards that go in the books, I mean the MILES he covered in the back field eluding linemen and linebackers. I think that he still owns the longest punt in the NFL (without looking it up), he had a punt on 3rd down, well kicked, and then it rolled nearly forever, 90 yrds total I think. I may be wrong though.Classy player and I will always recall his tall lanky style in my minds eye. He was like a long legged spider with joints in all directions eluding tacklers and that ball clutched in his hand ready to fire it.

It was a tragedy and I pray for him in his loss.

Randall was my very first favorite player (and I still think he was screwed for a one and done season with the Vikings). Sucks that bad things happen to good people.

It is sad Randall was one of the good guys in the league and no one should have to bury their children before themselves especially that young. My prayers go out to Randall and his family for this tragic loss in their lives.

I grew up outside D.C and was a Redskin fan; So hate'n on the eagles was expected.

I move to Pittsburgh and became a Steelers fan: so hate'n on anything Philadelphia was natural:

As QB; Randall Cunningham was often our target of our cuts, comments and rath:

It all seems so petty now: It's a game: It's a frigg'n game:

This is LIFE: His loss is real: May his heart hold his son forever and I hope he can turn his pain into continued service to others:

God Bless RC
