I don't think Brewer is playing well, but I don't think they will move him. Teams rarely trade their captains during the year........

I wouldn't mind seeing us acquire some defensive help though......I just don't know what we have to dangle. I don't want to move any of the kids, and I wouldn't want to move any of the vets unless we get hopelessly out of contention.

Never the guy is awesome he is gonna be a Norris finalist. and you let he get away. and I was the only one who liked the trade, you know how I knew he was gonna be good cause when it went down Fat Boy told me that he had a ton of raw talent, and is gonna be a star someday. See you guys laughed at the trade and i am here to remind you what you gave away, heck Boyes is great but I want that solid defenseman that can carry the puck make great passes out of his own end oh and score goals whats he got 6 goals already this year.

Don't trade the kids Rings, I was so glad the B's didn't do it last yr at deadline as they could have had Hossa for Kessel and Kreji.at deadline

man what with all the hate? i mean the trade happen, it work out for both team why can you leave it at that? it was a long time ago, drop it. if i could have any one back it would be Pronger and even after him it would be shan-E. so cool the jets.

Give you Brewer for Zdeno Chara, bot these guys need a change of scenery.

Yeah, Pronger for Brewer isn't working out so well........even though that was obviously a salary dump that they had no chance of getting equal value in return.

I'd trade Brewer for Chara......how about it, az?

You know honestly right now Chara is our 3rd best defenseman, but with us losing Ference who was playing out of his head, with a broken leg, if Brewer is available how a Manny Fernandez for him, or one of our young Defenseman like Hunwick, not stewart he is gonna be a beast.

Oh by the way if you trade Brewer for chara bad move on your part because Chara has only 1 yr left on a max contract so you get him for 1 and half yrs at 7 mil and then he walks, i do not know Brewer status or much about him I am going to go to the source, he will tell me the truth. I will fanmail you Rings what he says but you know you got to keep it among us if its bad stuff. although he has no problem telling a fellow teammate he sucks anyway to his face

That is cool. I doubt they'll move their Captain during the season.....unless they fall hopelessly out of it. But.....I'd be real interested in what the source has to say about Brewer.
