How about Ron Zook!
You do realize.. that man (Zook).. is one heck of a recruiter.. he may not be SEC caliber head coaching material.. but I would take him back as a recruiter in a min.. and if any of yall think otherwise.. you dont pay attention to CFB.
actually I have heard rumors .. that the assist AD at FL could be a candidate.. Im not happy about that.. but those are some rumors that are floating around.

A Dooley? At one point I would have immediately thought Derek Dooley. He seemed to have prepping for this. At LA Tech he was both coach and AD. Also, with his law degree he could have brought in some interesting experience to the job as well as having grown up around the program. But, he won't leave TN. Maybe in a few years but the job is open now.

Rumor has it MoJo has turned down the offer.
I dunno if MoJo is thinking straight.
For the kind of scratch that gig pays, I think I could learn to bark like a dog, and wear silver, red and black.

Yep, there's an article on Gatorsports.com saying that very thing. The guy is a UGa grad, ex-tennis player, and has been at UF since '92. Has earned a pretty good deal of respect according to the article. If he wants the job, I wish him well.
I applied!
Spent much of my youth in the Blue Widge Mountains huntin WABBITS!!!
