There are certainly several subjective issues that could be argued. However, there also seems to be a large flaw in the logic...

How is Shields the third ranked MW behind AS and Sonnen, but sixth on the P4P rankings where there is no mention of Sonnen?

The rankings are dumb period..... You have a guy that hasn't lost in lets see.... forever and gets caught in a submission when he was going in to finish a fight, and now isn't ranked....
