The more I think about this the more I feel embarrassed because it seems as though the answer is very obvious, but what the hell... I'll ask anyway.

I'm in a 12 team PPR Keeper (2 player max) League and the guy with the 1st overall pick wants to trade me his 1st round pick for my 3rd and 4th round picks. I have the 8th overall pick so this would leave me with...

(R.1) - #1
(R.1) - #8
(R.2) - #17
(R.5) - #56
(R.6) - #65
(R.7) - #79
And so on...

It's a bit of a sacrifice but the way I see it is I'm only giving up my 4th round pick because my "3rd round" (or simply 3rd player) will actually be in the 2nd round. Am I crazy for waiting to agree to this trade or am I missing something here?
