The word is that Cinci. has put an offer on the table befor T.O. and is agent. Just recently the Rams decided to back out of the T.O. talk. T.O.'s agent said that they are concidering the offer... What is there to consider, I think it is the only offer he has gotten. Maybe Cinci. is the place to go, after all I don't know how Palmer puts up with 85, but he does, maybe he can help Build some character in T.O. If not T.O. may be playing Canadian Ball.
