I might be that 1% who actually likes Kos and will be rooting for him against GSP, not that I don't like GSP. Just more of a Kos fan. I think the UFC (dana) has gotten into Kos' ear and has told him to keep up the bad boy act for ratings purposes. I know its not much of a stretch for Kos to act like a jerk but I'm sure alot of the speculated antics on the TUF show are driven by Spike and the UFC.

I wolud prefer to see GSP lose. His fights are very boreing for my taste. Yes he is very technical, but I do not like to see dry man humping. Here is GSP's fight in a nut shell....

RD 1: The bell rings, GSP goes for the take down, he gets the takedown, GSP humps him trying for a submission, ref breaks them up for not advancing..... Repeat process and the bell rings....

Rd 2: Just repeat instructions from rd 1...... and so on and so forth....

Got to agree with these guys. Koscheck does some idiotic things, but I'll be rooting for him. He's be a much more entertaining champ. GSP has become very boring. Takedown after takedown after takedown. ZZZZZZZZZZZ. I dont mind takedowns, but he used to mix up his striking with them, and doesnt do it anymore.

I don't mind takedowns either, but I would rather see an emphasis placed on result of the takedown considered by the judges. If someone gets a takedown and then does nothing then it should be scored as if someone had pushed the other person up against the cage.

Actually I think thats just him. He is a dbag and he has shown it over and over again. When he was interviewed about being a fighter he stated that "guys who fight as a career are dumb and they are not going anywhere". He said he did not intend to make a "career" out of fighting and that he was just using it as a spring board to doing something better....he didn't name that something better.

Then, the least of which draws ire...he has had two phantom knees in the face in 2 fights in a row! Quit acting and fight you dbag!

Go watch GSP fights....real quick, whats the last fight you saw GSP get stood up for not better a position or advancing? I can't think of one.

This point is well taken....but when you take someone down, control them at will, and throw sub attempts left and right.....Thats working for a finish not laying and praying.

Here is a bold prediction....Silva vs GSP has a 95% chance of never happening....but if it does GSP will win by SUBMISSION

I'd say a cool G but I'm poor and about 35 days from not even being employeed.

It won't happen.
it's been long since anyone was able to dominate or sub Silva.
If by any miracle GSP takes him down, Silva will slap the body triangle and hold him there until he stands up or the round ends.

Watching paint dry > Watching GSP fight.

I hope that Kos knocks GSP out. GSP is so damn boring. The last time he finished a fight defending the title was well, he hasnt since he beat matt serra and took the belt back. I said title defense, not super fight with BJ, in which he cheated. aka vasoline.

That BJ Penn fight would have been another decision if BJ had just got off the stool for round 5.

come on now, guys.
yes, the way he fights is consistent and repetitive.
but you can't say he doesn't tries to submit or improve position.
heck man, at least give him his dues.
With hardy, he almost broke his arm
With Thiago, he was injured, winning by points and still dominated him.
This is not for everyone.

I'd prefer to see GSP remain the champ instead of "Phantom Knee" Kos. Kos lay's n pray's, then acts like something illegal happened, then acts all tough. Besides, I see no way that Kos can win that fight unless Kos does something lucky and wins by KO.
