The American legal system is set up to protect the criminal! Hence, innocent unitl proven guilty, aka a really expensive lawyer uses charisma (alla Obama) to make a jury doubt a mans guilty verdict because a judge said that DNA evidence wasn't admissable due to some procedural error.

America has the worst court system ever. If you are found over a body with a bloody knife in your hand and DNA under the finger nails of the victim then you are guilty period. They don't get a trail, the judge should review the evidence and make a ruling so as not to waste MORE American tax dollars.

here you get more FRIVOLOUS ones. Like the thief who got stuck in a house garage and had to live by eating dog food & hot coke. he sued the guy for not having his garage door working properly. he got 1 million.

There are so many examples, it is just ridiculous.

In Brazil, for example, we have a famous quote from a politician: "If you rob, don't steal petty money. robe millions. Because then, even if you get caught, you can pay for a great lawyer to bail you out".
The difference, is that in there the frivolous ones are laughed at, and they dont awars money to someone who can sue because they did something really dumb and noone protected him from his own stupidity.

True, he can most likely sue roger. HOWEVER, facts are facts, you can can take as many eye-witnesses as you want but the fact is, the ONLY 100% proof they have is sketchy at best. You only see Roger give him one kick to the head and it's not that hard. For all we know, that guy tripped running backwards and knocked him self out or he was mobbed by the people he went running away from after he and Roger squared up. You know what the say about being in court...it's not what you know, it's what you can proof. From this video alone, there is NO proof that Roger's hands did the damage. Just one kick to the head after the guy was already down and out. Can he still win that, yes. But the final outcome will be much smaller than it could have been. Roger, no doubt, has a lot more money than that guy so he can afford the best representation who will no doubt hammer down this option. You see Roger squaring up but do you see Roger inflict all of the damage this guy received? Answer - No!
