NFL  > General NFL  > NFL Rookie Hazing

Why does the hazing of NFL hazing get glorified in the media? If that type of hazing was discovered in a fraternity on a college campus, the fraternity would be shut down, the studetns involved would be kicked out of school, and the kids could face criminal charges. Hazing is enforced on a federal level, so the hazing laws do apply to everyone, even NFL players.

Sounds like Car2aFL35 has been on the receiving end of some hazing, otherwise this would be seen as a "whoopity-f'n-do" topic. Your application for ESPN's Sports Reporters should be arriving any day now.

Fraternity hazing is way worse than the NFL hazing. This thread is a whine

Dear Dr. Freud: My ego has been shot to hell because I was A. Told to carry someone's shoulder pads B. Given a weird haircut C. told to stand up in a meeting and try and sing.

worst kind and kids are more prone to the worse crap as there is no moral compass, that in theory comes from adults (parents).

Tea bagging, while hilarious, is a bit extreme. We stuck to the tried and true classics, you know, taping to the goal posts, nailing someone with a handful of foot powder as soon as they stepped out of the showers, etc....Can't say I ever saw anyone get tea-bagged. Come to think of it, isn't that kindof gay on the part of the bagger? I ain't putting my junk anywhere near another mans face...

IMHO the **** has taken off as in the video games you can use the "Crouch" function to make your player simulate the tea bagging over a fallen/dead player and disrespect him. When my two punks took to this form of entertainment without truly knowing what it was we had a little sit down with the "safe search" disabled to give them a true idea about what they were talking about in front of their mother as "good fun and a real ROFLMAO" type of event, they stopped!
