I just read that the UFC has decided to cut Todd Duffee. Whats everyones take on this? Good move or bad move?

I think it's a bad move.
According to Sherdog, Duffee was not happy with his pay. he got (reportedly) 8k for his last fight. Yes, he lost, but he was dominating Russow until he got KO'd.

I think he has a future in MMA. he is 6-1 with 6 KO's.
And he sure will find somewhere who will pay him more.
Obviously UFC can check how he does outside and offer him more money if he becomes relevant. but Duffee learned an important lesson. This is not personal, it's just business.

Maybe later he can stick to UFC for ditching him and not believing in his potential. Maybe he will be making much more than UFC is willing to pay... but all in all, UFC cut a good prospect just to save a few bucks... and IMO this is bad business..

I think Duffee's flash KO in his UFC debut and a lot of people starting to say "he's the next big thing!" inflated his ego.
