Bit surprised to see Davis get the huge contract. Good skills on the field, questionable decision making at other times. Is it temper or just stupid? I know Mike likes him as a motivator now but I would be worried to make him a Captain for example.

Before we get a new QB we are going to have to get a new coach. Any QB worth a damn will pull a Elway or a Manning, instead or going to play for the 49ers and their current head coach and offensive coordinator they'll threaten to sit out or go play baseball.

Love the video and tune I like Metallica, I personally like Singletary but he's a defensive minded coach and a little over the top at times but gets his point across. It's certainly not the high flying Niners of the old days which some fans miss but those days are long gone and the game has changed so much since. Other than the Seahawks game the Niners have been right there and had a chance to win, Football is a game of inches and sometimes fans optimism gets to high and when the team doesn't live up to those expectations it's discouraging to say the least. I still think they have an outside chance of pulling the season together but it will take a team effort and not on the shoulders of one player, Good Luck going into the second quarter of the season and I hope for the Niners and their fans sake they can right their ship.
