What is is worse for USC fans? Is it knowing in your heart and intelligent mind that great USC tailback butchered those people on Bundy, or is it hearing Bush gave back his Heisman trophy?

There is no doubt about what IS worse. But as a USC fan which feels worse to you personally?

For me, the suspension is tough, the murders are outrageous along with the theft of the actual trophy from ???The Juice???; However, this giving back the Heisman hurts in a big way. It's like saying, I give up you win. Sad day for USC fans.

If I were USC in a few years when they are #1 or #2 at the end of the season I would say, no thanks we wish to punish ourselves and not participate in the BCS championship game because we are self imposing a discipline against ourselves for too many parties, sorry NCAA. First, USC would have to get an athletic director with balls

WTF? Time to get back on your meds.

What's worse for USC fans? Sandy...that was easy. Next?

I was flip earlier, but I think that Bush was a class act. Right or wrong, he took money and things he shouldn't have while he was in college. Talent-wise he was the best far and above...but the trophy says to the best eligible athlete....VY does not deserve the trophy as he wasn't the best...should be, like the NC, vacant.

I don't don't really care about all this past stuff.

All I know is that, as of week 2, there are only 2 things wrong with USC - the offense, and the defense.

Other than that, they're fine.

Eh??? WAT??? You mean because he returned the trophy right before the trust was going to rip it from him?

I don't know which team is yours Mr. Dupe, but that should be your focal point, not USC.

I can't imagine any USC supporter giving a question like yours any thought at all. Who cares?

What's worse; a UCLA fan obsessing about USC, or a Domerhomer doing the same? Answer- Who cares?

There's no proof of this ^^^, but I tend to agree with it. None of what Bush did taking money from agents while at USC showed any class at all, so I can't imagine how he came up with any class now.

Bush has maintained all along he did nothing wrong. Forking over the Heisman now is an admission the NCAA was right to find him ineligible. I don't think he would do that without a gun to his head.

I do agree with Desmond Howard. If there were PED's involved, then perhaps there would be something about giving the award to VY....but there weren't. Bush won the trophy on the field with his talents...so giving it back means it should be vacated...no one else "won" the trophy...only Bush did that.

That being said...whether he gave it back because having the Heisman Trust revoke it would be worse is moot. The fact is that it has been returned, and others are seeing this. If this trophy is on their mind, then they now have to realize that it isn't necessarily permanent if they have skeletons inthe closet.... IMHO

LOL! I like the positive attitude. Once conference play starts it could get ugly for us.

The worse thing is dealing with the know-nothings like yourself, who take a tiny piece of information and try to make that the focal point. Reggie and OJ won the Heisman by the biggest land-slide victories in history for what they did on the field. They'll both be legends for what they did at USC and in the NFL on the gridiron. No dork on a message board will ever take that away. 20 years from now Reggie Bush will still be the 2005 Heisman Trophy Winner, USC still will have whipped Oklahoma 55-19 in the BCS championship game, and USC will still be the most prolific program in college football.

The more things change, the greater USC remains.

The greater USC remains???

Seriously?
