Ok, so the next fighter is this up & coming superstar.

Only 23 years old and his only defeat is to himself.
note: I consider him 11-0 with his only loss marked with a big *. (same mark I put on Palhares's loss to Nate. A Dumb mistake that cost them the fight).

I think he is the future of MMA, and he is my prof that wrestling is not taking over.
Because as long as guys like him, Rua or Oliveira are around, a wrestler will find himself sleeping!

So the only doubt I have is if he will be able to dethrone the top now, or if he will have to wait for guys like Rua & Machida to start declining and make space for him so he could take over...

So, what do you think, FN???? Sound off!!!!!!

Extremely athletic and with big reach/ length.

As long as he continues to train hard and improve, he'll be the future of the 205 division.

And heavyweight division.

let's not get ahead of ourselves here.
Let him get LHW first.
I don't know how he would fare, for instance, against Cain or Bones. Not even picking Lesnar & Carwin as I think those 2 will be gone by the time Bones goes up in weight.

He'll be a heavyweight in a few years. This past training camp Bones was 231. I think JDS fights around 238 and people around here seem to think he's the next champ. Eventually it will be tough for Bones to cut to 205. He'll be like Overeem but natural.

yeah, but I hope it is not before he gets the belt in LHW. I mean, I think he will have the tools to hold both belts.... but will have to give back LHW once he decides to stay in HW...

I haven't really followed the guy that much, but my real question is how is his chin? Has it really been tested yet? When he starts to fight the top names it will be tested.

From the fights I have seen with him it has all been one sided with him really never being hit.

If he keeps ragdolling dudes it wont matter.

Agreed.
he fought some good guys.
I wouldn't say a top calliber, but guys with some power on his punches, and he breezes as it was nothing.

True, but I don't see that happening. When he gets in the Octagon with guys like Rashad/Rampage's steel chin/ Shogun/ Machida. they will test his chin.... He will not steam roll those guys and will get hit.

he might not steamroll through Rampage, but Rampage will look like a statue compared to him.He will look like 1000 years old :P

Rashad, I think would be either KO'd, or he could be hard to beat (if he stays out of range and goes for takedowns).
Shogun & machida I think could take Bones out...

Lil Nog is a question mark.
