There is not much actual correlation between how good you are and your schedule. BSU will go undefeated with it in all likelyhood. Bama would too. They are both good teams and you have to evaluate them based on what you see. In other words schedule does not = rank, thus your post lacks logic.
The right question: at the end of the year will be does BSU deserve to get into the main event ahead of a yet to be determined second team. Thats where the schedule will come into play heavily.
Final thought-when you look at the BSU schedule they have 6 away games. How many of the other top contenders have that?
Dont matter how many away games they have have u saw who they play on there away game they all aint good so boise dont deserve nothing cause what bama is playing what 4 or 5 hard ranked games and i think 4 are away does boise do that no.. Till then they shouldn't have a shot at the big game

What's your argument? Of course if both are undefeated Bama will get in ahead of BSU. Even right now Bama is ranked ahead of BSU so your comparative basis is moot.
I would go so far to say any other top 15 team right now that goes undefeated (except perhaps Utah or TCU) will leapfrog BSU in the final BCS standings. That does not mean that BSU is not the literal 3rd best team in the country right now. On the Smurf Turf how many teams would you place your life savings on to beat them today?
I am so sick of people saying that bama or Oregon or tx will crush bsu. Apparently they haven't seen bsu vs. Oregon the past 2 yrs.. they haven't seen Utah vs bama in a bcs game. Apparently they choose to ignore the past when it comes to games like those, but use that against the wac, ignoring wins over bcs teams by 2 other wac teams, tough games like ut state gave OK. I beg for the chance to see bsu vs Ohio state or any sec team whether it is the ncg or any other bcs game. And the thing is, none of u people will ever admit that bsu was the better team should they win.

Toothless inbred hillbillies, I mean Bama fans, were saying the same thing about Utah when the Sugar Bowl rolled around, and Utah ripped the tides asses off and showed it to them, and then kicked it all over the field all day long. Bama wouldn't be able to compete with a team like Boise St., or any other team of signficance. The only reason they won the BCS championship was because Texas ended up having a coward for a QB who left the game after 4 plays, and Texas was still in it at the end of the game anyway.
Bama, the most dominant team when every SEC school is in a down year collectively. What a proud couple of seasons for the Tide.
Oregon St., a real Beavers Beaver, will kick those Boysenberry salad tossers right out of the AP Top 25 this weekend. Too bad it had to come to this.

comments like that put u in the same group as the toothless inbreds... I usually don't predict big wins for bsu but this game has the feel of a blowout. Bsu wins by 20!

OrSU has a fighting chance, but given two weeks to prepare BSU will be very strong out of the gate.
BSU will be pretty rough on the Beavers, but only because OrSU isn't very good. The teams that Boise calls their regular season are the same teams that the power conferences warm up with. It's not a question of Boise being a good team or not. They are a very good team and anybody that says different is just being stubborn. They have an excellent defense, are well coached and at times can be unstoppable on offense, but then you can say that about any of 20 other schools also. The question (when it comes the NCG) is whether they have worked harder than 118 other teams to get there. Their lack of competition during the season should rule them out when compared to most of the other top tier teams regardless of won/loss records. They (BSU) just don't have to play anybody of any note during the year. Doesn't matter if it's their fault or not. It's a fact that can't be denied and should not be disregarded when comparing teams to be selected for the NCG.
The past is over. were cant live the past what happened then isn't happing right now so till then stay out of the past BSU doesn't deserve the #3 rank BSU is good but not better than the to 15 teams They need to go ahead and get knocked back down to were they belong.. and Hopefully oregon state does it

Or the Georgia Vs Boise State game, whoops. I'm not saying BSU can't beat Alabama, but let's not act like they are some kind of supermen who keep getting screwed.

I liked you better when you were crying about how unfair USC penalties were.

How right you are....
Just look at the Butler basketball team last year...who would have placed them in the championship game at the beginning of the tournament? But through a PLAYOFF they earned their way into the title game....and I guess UNLV didn't deserve their hoops title about two decades ago because they played in a crappy conference
QUOTE(#14):
BSU just played Wyoming last week.
You are right, got the bye week for BSU confused in my head.
That being said, they probably used the 2nd half of the Wyoming game to rest and prep. OrSU was in a close game and didn't get that same chance so BSU still has a bit of an edge here.
