Now where's the fun in that?
Seriously Texas and their 12 fershman starters showed a lot of inexperience yesterday. I'm not expecting consistently good play from this team until next year.
PS you misspelled Texas (you're not helping!)

Mea culpa. Texas. And they still don't suck.

OK, they just sucked yesterday, maybe the future will be brighter.

What's the fun in not picking on Texas since they lost? Just kidding.
Actually, I've been looking and I guess not in the right places...not see a lot of vitrol or bad words about Texas that haven't been said about any other program....in fact see a lot more crap about Boise State - which is normal... :)

HA - I guess Firefox's built-in spell check has made me lazy. I'm stuck with IE now (new company laptop - no admin rights).
You might think Texas doesn't suck because they play mostly teams that suck worse than them. But make no mistake about it, they suck. They lost too much from last season, and Gilbert Grape played great in part of the BCS championship game, he's just not ready for primetime, like Colt his first season. Oklahoma will end them next Saturday, and ya'll can look forward to next season the rest of the year.
Having a bad team never affected Notre Dame, Miami, Florida St., or Tennessee fans. In fact, when you think about it the offseason is like twice as long as the regular season, so go enjoy the heck out of it, you guys have earned it.
Heeeeeeeeee-Hawwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!

I don't mean to pile on but you could roll that level of effort and execution over into this weekend?

Let's see how the next two games go before giving up on a top 10 finish. I'm not saying it will happen, just that it's a bit premature to give up at the moment.
Ahhh, hope springs eternal in CFB.
I actually think that Texas will come out PISSED next week. It might turn into one of those old fashioned 10-9 kinda games. Or a 40-39 kinda game. Or a 40-9 kinda game. Where's that dartboard of yours JRM?

It will be strength against strength (OU's O and UT's D) and weakness against weakness (OU's D and UT's O).
With what they have shown so far, I REALLY don't like UT's chances to put up points. I don't see any way it's 40-39. If anyone gets to 40 it will be a disaster for UT.
What surprised me about the UCLA was the UT run D. If they show like that this week, they are toast. UT MUST slow down Murray. If he runs wild, it's GameOver.

Well, Murray rushed 28 times for all of 67 yards against Cincinnati who has to look up the definition of defense in the dictionary. That was suprising.

Seems like Muschamp is looking for that dictionary too though :)
