The good....
-The WR's look GREAT! Lloyd went off, Thomas, Gaffney and Royal were impressive
-The D stopped the run... not used to that
-Ayers was all over Manning ALL game
-Champ kept Wayne from making big plays
-Manning seemed to have some troubles with the D (considering the field position they started with most of the game)
-The O line... These kids look good!

The bad.....
-Maroney! Is he afraid to get hit? or Does he think the endzone is somewhere on the sidelines?
-5 Trips in the redzone, 0 TD's! If only we had a guy that could run or throw, that was automatic inside the redzone in college..... if only.....
-Peyton Hillis, wasn't in Denver today, but watching Maroney dance for another loss while Hillis' numbers ran across the screen made me wish he was
-Mistakes, fumble on a punt return, bad INT from Orton..... I mean the fact that the game was close most of the day was impressive with all those STUPID mistakes
-Orton.... sure he had a ton of yards, and the TD pass was pretty, but on 3rd down and in the redzone he shrunk.... made some UGLY throws, this was one of those times he needed to WIN the game.

All in all, I hate to say I'm encouraged with a loss, but it is what it is. If Tebow has the ability to check down this offense will be sick when he is ready.

I agree with most of your points Schwartzy, I only wish Hillis was still running for the Orange and Blue. Orton does shrink under pressure, but it's too early to call for his replacement Tebow. I like the Defense too, but Cox had a good lesson to learn from the Colts and hopefully he can improve week to week. Too many turnovers to overcome...
