I am curious to see who people think will win between Junior Dos Santos vs Cain Velasquez.

two santos. I dont recall seeing much ground game from him, but being at team blackhouse that should help. plus he has way more power in his punches.

I would think Santos would win because he is quicker and would stuff the take down. But at the same time Cain is a very tough MMA fighter and could grind it out with him.

I have to agree with Lanzo. But its real close in my mind. It depends on if JDS can stop the takedowns of Cain. If he can, its his fight to lose. If Cain is able to take down JDS over and over again, its Cains fight to lose.

See I think JDS should be fighting Shane Carwin while the winner fights Brock and the Loser between Cain and Brock should fight the loser between JDS and Shane... Hopefully if every pans out Shane and Brock would fight again while Cain and JDS all fight in one card, now that would be nice.

Why take a chance and lose JDS as a contender?

Because he is not really a true contendor, really Roy Nelson? Roy is still a joke to me.

Money wise it makes sense for the UFC to keep JDS as the #1 contender. If he lost to Carwin, his stock decreases. Also, Roy Nelson is no joke. He's a legit top 10 heavyweight.

top 10 in the ufc or world?? Maybe in the ufc but not world

That he has fought? JDS, AA, Monson, Rothwell. The guy beat Mir in a grappling match. He has sick ground skills, heavy hands, and a tough chin.

Rothwell is a scrub, he lost to JDS, AA and Monson, my point being. He beat frank an a grappling match not an actual fight. I will give you he has tough chin and heavy hands but I don't think putting his fat belly on some ones head is sick ground skills lol
