Post UCLA it was:
"We'll be back after we beat OU..."
FAIL

Get ready for another beatdown against Big Red.

Get ready for a December bowl, if you can get 6 W's.

I new they would struggle this year, they always do with a young qb but to lose to ucla at home is enough to burn my a$$!

Now, now children....give the control of the PC back to your parents. UCLA (notice the capitalization) has beaten some very good teams....and I really do believe that TU will win much more than 6 games, how can you even begin to make that statement?

Why is it when a team is in transition if they lose they are exposed by another team? Texas will be ok it just might not be this year. Surely your not foolish enough to think Mack Brown won't recruit enough talent to get Texas back to being a top ten team.

That, and why when a team is beaten by a better team they are "exposed"? Exposed as what? They weren't favored to win in the first place.

I'd like to use that logic in the Gators' loss to Bama -- but we weren't "exposed", more like "annihilated".

It appears that your Sooners are in the driver's seat now, D2. Any serious challenges still left in OU's schedule?

Okie St on the road worries me. And then Neb in the champ game. TTech is in Norman so that should be a gimme. TAMU is on the road but I think that turns out ok.

Well I think they were actually "exposed" last week. In a 2 week period they have gone from... 6?? in the country to out of the top 25? That's a pretty precipitous drop.

Those aren't really reliable polls though. They are opinions, basically.

So what are polls? How would you work a CFB poll on stats? Just wondering....

TAMU. TT and Okie Lite all have a shot.....and as Ole Miss, VT and others have found out, almost any team and sneak up and take you out....

Poles are those things that hold stuff up. Pols are those people who screw stuff up.
Polls are those things that make stuff up.

Then you can draw straws.

Gonna be a bit difficult for us to win 10 games this season--hell we cant even get 11 on the field correctly, and we obviously dont have a leader. This crop of young superstars making one stupid blunder after another, and we hold on every crucial play--when we arent holding we commit apersonal foul---and Texas STILL was in a position to win late in the RRR---thats the only bright ray ive seen.

October 4, 2010  12:11 AM ET

Maybe we could run up some god awful scores on everybody---get it in atie breaker and Pass OU on Style points---naaaa----no integrity in that---not in this state.
