KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent - Norman Forde scored a goal in each half and set up two others to lead Barbados to a 5-0 victory over Montserrat on Friday, sending it to a clash with St. Vincent for the Group B title in the opening round of the Digicel Caribbean Cup.

St. Vincent got a goal from Keith James in the 73rd minute to earn a 1-1 draw with St. Kitts & Nevis in the nightcap, leaving both the Vincy Heat and Barbados with four points heading into a head-to-head match Sunday. St. Vincent will only need a draw, leading on goal difference thanks to its 7-0 opening victory over Montserrat.

The four first-round group winners advance along with the best runner-up.

Forde put Barbados ahead in the 19th minute. Driving down the middle of the field before finishing off a rebound of Riviere Williams' shot that Montserrat goalkeeper Micah Hilton pushed off the post.

Forde set up the second goal in the 36th, lobbing the ball over the back line to Williams again, allowing him to beat Hilton, and then lofting in a free kick in the 53rd for Terry Adamson to head in.

The 33-year-old Youth Milan midfielder, a veteran of three World Cup qualifying campaigns, added a second of his own in the 83rd and Kadeem Atkins completed the scoring in the 90th.

In the late match, Jevon Francis put St. Kitts ahead in the 40th. James equalized when a free kick from Oscar Nero bounced in the penalty area and he latched onto the ball eight meters from goal.
