Miss State over UFlorida...just saying.....
true true....didn't think of that one...Miss St. has showed signs of playin good football and Fla...ehhhh well... lol
There's a lot of possible upsets this week but one that would have lasting BCS effects is Hawaii over Nevada. Boise St. beating an undefeated Nevada is their only hope - albeit a small hope - of finishing in the top 2 of the BCS standings.

Texas over Nebraska. Texas has the speed to shut down NEB if they stay focused. The week off should have taken care of that.
tex is gonna get thumped again. they suck this year. after failing to win the big one against bama, they are looking for some semblance of past years. getting waxed by the bruins, failing to beat okla. and now, even after a bye week, going to get whipped in lincoln...no upset gonna happen there.

ok Alabama gettin thumped by S.C. was last weeks big upset...what will it be this week?...or will there be one at all?...my pick is Ohio State / Wisconsin ... Wisconson has a team able to score with Ohio St. and a fair defense thats gonna be a handful to run up the score on (Illinois held Ohio to just 24 points)others that have the makings are ...well.. South Carolina / Kentucky and Texas /Nebraskaha the one I would like to see would be Boise State / San Jose State but thats not really...well...yea...no not gonna happenbut whats your thoughts and why?
The obvious upset pick of the week is Wisky over tOSU. All the ingredients are there. But, I still believe the Buckeyes will rise up and win. Not easy, and probably ugly...but a win just the same.
Would hate to see South Carolina lose after such a great moment in their school's football history last Saturday.
TX vs. NEB, I think the Huskers win this one as well. As an outsider (Big11Ten fan), I've always liked both of these programs. But, I have to pull for the newest member of my "home" conference.
I think Auburn plays Arkansas this week. Right? I'll pick Auburn in the upset.

I listened to last week's Nebraska/KState game on the radio - station out of Omaha. The commentators put quite a bit of focus on The Big Ten including regular breaks for Big Ten scores, updates on happenings in the Big Ten etc. It sounds like they're really looking forward to their new conference affiliation.
I will miss Nebraska in the Big 12. They're a class program and they brought a lot of credibility to the conference. I will not, however, miss Tom Osborne. His constant complaining when he didn't get his way - regarding conference structure and policy - took it's toll on the conference and took too much focus of the field. I hope you guys can find a way to make him happy. Probably not.

Arkansas beating Auburn would be the upset.......not happening though. Ark cant seem to play 4 qtrs of football in the same day.

Yep. It's a one team division.

Oops, brain lock. Appreciate the correction.
How about Udub pulling out an upset over OrSt? Way down the rankings, but still an upset.
Even Pat Forde from ESPN is predicting a 21-20 Badgers victory. Sheesh!
New upset pick...tOSU upsets all the bandwagon pundits by having the audacity to score more points than Wisconsin in this Saturday's game.
Homerism satisfied.

Pat Forde has some sort of blood vendetta against Ohio State. I remember reading some of his columns last year before the Rose Bowl predicting a 50-20 Oregon victory. After the game he didn't have the integrity to admit he missed big time: he didn't even mention the game.
After Ohio State farking stomps Wisconsin this weekend, don't count on Forde to mention it. Instead, he'll probably write about how "revolutionary" Oregon's offense is after they hang 60 points on Our Lady of the Wayside's School for Disadvantaged Teens.

not sure if either one of those teams would be an "upset." these teams are equally great play makers and contenders. My deffintion of an upset would be...... San Jose State beating a number 3 team (cough-cough Boise.)
