first of all I want to say that its great that we have this many capable QB's. Just a few years ago we had to start Carlyle Holliday. Anyways, I think it will be very interesting to see how it plays out. Will Sharpley focus on baseball if he doesn't start? Will any of the QB's transfer if they don't start? This will be very interesting and I can't wait to see how it ends up.

The offense with shine next year and the defense will improve. Our defense coordinator has a excellent track record and you have be good if Charlie Weis hires you to be on his staff. Mark my words the defense will be force to be reckoned with.

The defense will be solid. It seems that the biggest problem last year was our offense! Hopefully Weis can get that back on track. Oh, and **** the Trojans!

with the QB's, Zach is rumered to transfer, how true that is, i don't know. Jones will for sure not transfer, you can take that to the bank. Sharpley and Clausen won't transfer which is obvious. Sharpley will be just like Jeff, balancing both. I can see Sharpley or Jones starting out the year with Clausen possibly going in.
No matter what though i'm not giving any guy a whole lot of credit because none of them have really been in a college game before. Granted Evan has been in there for Quinn, he's only thrown 2 passes, completed one of them, and it was for 7 yrds. I'm def. not hyping up Jimmy b/c the teams he played in HS weren't all that amazing. Not to say he doesn't have talent, because it's quite obvious he does, i'm just going to wait and see how he does on the Collegiate level first.

Here's the deal, the guy who will start for ND is the guy who makes little or no mistakes this summer.

Sharpley should step up here, yet I'd say the guy who gives ND the best shot to win each game is Jones. But, if he can't run a full game you might see Sharpley to hand the ball off to one of our RB's. I think Clausen will sit this yr, so he can run the O for the next 3yrs.

I think we'll see Clausen and Jones share the load most of the year and very successfully at that. I also think that it will be mostly clausen by seasons end but I also have a feeling Jones is better than we want to believe.

It all depends on the offensive line this year...no doubt Sam Young will move into Ryan Harris' spot at left tackle to protect our new QB's back. I'm a little worried about our offense's ability to throw. The only game they HAVE to win is the GT game because I'll be there....ha ha.
