I don't know about you guys but I am getting very excited about this event. The 4 top fights are going to be great while the rest are going to be exciting as well. I am curious to see how Jake Shields matches up with the best, Diego Sanchez is starting to look like he is losing his touch, Tito claims to be healthy and feels he is ready at another shot at the title. Gonzaga is going to be too much for Brendan, I will be surprised with Brendan wins especially by K.O. Cote is going to look better then his last fight but still has a tough guy in Lawlor, Sam Stout is a stud. What are your thoughts on the event and who you think is going to win?

Brock Lesnar vs Cain Velasquez
Jake Shields vs. Martin Kampmann
Diego Sanchez vs. Paulo Thiago
Tito Ortiz vs. Matt Hamill
Brendan Schaub vs. Gabriel Gonzaga
Court McGee vs. Ryan Jensen
Patrick C??t?? vs. Tom Lawlor
Mike Guymon vs. Daniel Roberts
Sam Stout vs. Paul Taylor
Chris Camozzi vs. Dong Yi Yang
Jon Madsen vs. Gilbert Yvel

I think Cain is going to beat Brock, Cain is a great wrestler and better striker plus he has cardio for weeks. If Cain makes it into the 3rd round then its lights out for Brock. I don't think Shields is that good and will get exposed by Kampmann.

i think the "main event fights " will dissapoint
well i hope cain- lesnar has fireworks but i think sheild kampmann has ok potential i dont think kampmann is going to try stand still and bang if he does its another dry hump by shields unless he wants a great first showing in the UFC

hamill and tito will turn in too two wrestlers that cant take each other down, gas and throw bombs that have little chance of landing

the yvel stout and kote fights have the potential to be entertaining as well as the sanchez/thiago has the best chance for fight of the night

GO Cain!!
on a second note....cardio is absolutely NOT overblown!

I am sure lving the way this card looks on Paper....and I hate to say it but I believe Brock is an easy pick to win. The Gorrila is winning me over.

I agree that Kampmann will beat sheilds.... however, I don't think Cains wrestling is good enough to keep himself off his back when the Gorrila lays on him. Cain doesn't need to worry about seeing a round 3.

Awesome card. Cannot wait. I like Lesnar over Cain by 2nd Rd TKO. Cain might have better standup but if Carwin couldnt close the deal I dont see Cain doing it. The cardio aspect is completely overblown IMO. I have never seen Brock gas before. Lesnar via, being to big, too strong for Cain.Shields is going to wet blanket Kampmann for 3 rounds. Shields wrestling will be the deciding factor in this fight.Tito has a good shot IMO against Hamill. This is a big step down for Tito, so I dont know why most people like Hamill here.Amazing card.

I like Hamill simply because I like Hamill!

Besides, Tito has been crap for years now. I don't think Sheilds wins this and if wrestling is his deciding factor then he won't be a big player in the WW division because Fitch, Koscheck, and (by a whole mile) GSP are all ahead of him.

You're wrong about Hamill... watch his last couple of fights! He was out classed by Bones Jones (who hasn't been) but Hamills stand-up still looks to be enough to better Egg Head.

It's not overblown but it is irrelevant if the fight ends early.

What up Kryp, yeah also agree with Kampmann should beat Shields. I am a proving fan, Shields needs to prove he can bang in the UFC because Kampmann is no push over. I don't think Cain is going to win but small parts of me is saying he may surprise everybody but Brock is too much stronger then Cain. I am actually interested in the Tito fight, I am curious to see how much "healthier" he claims to be since he has used that excused for the last couple of years. He says he is 100% healthy and we are going to see the best Tito ever.

Ok, I am really confused by this. I said Shields will win bc of his wrestling in this fight, so how exactly does that apply to what he does against guys like Fitch, GSP, and Kos? Also, I think you are underestimating Shileds wrestling, plus is jitz is better than those 3 guys.

Hey you know me, if Shields wins on sat then I will welcome him to the ufc family and give him his props. Martin has won battles and has proven he can be a very tough match up.
