Parcells people i blame him he is the trader he just couldnt handle T O and he was stuck in his old ways thats why he is not coaching the dolphins

I blame the person who decided to go to a 3-4 D while playing an undersized NT at the same time. The whole D-line needs up-graded with heavier players - like Baltimore. Don't believe me? Just ask John Madden. Don't wanna up-grade the D-line people? Then go back to a 4-3. Time is wasting.

t-hanks how can u blame parcells? parcells wasnt able to do his thing without jerry all in the mix and trying to take credit for things he had no hand in doing. same reason jimmy johnson quit! did parcells want TO, no he didnt but that wasnt the deciding factor of him quitting, just another thing to the list of many things that got under his skin. jerry knows nothing about football or evaluating talent, look at the drafts without jimmy johnson and bill parcells (two guys who truly have an eye for talent) without those guys we've drafted bust after bust and the business decisions made have been horrible, dont belive me? how about giving up a basket load of picks for a WR who's a free agent at the end of the year and would end up in Dallas anyway and has all of like 11 catches and 1 TD....way to go Jerry! roy is a player in my opinion that isnt worth a 1st round pick anyway let alone 2 more picks tossed in. as far as the 3-4 goes, it was a great decision going to the 3-4 Parcells drafted the right players to get that scheme going. we played solid D when parcells was there and we're back to playing better D w/ Wade calling the plays. we let ferguson go who was our NT and that set us back earlier in the year but we're doing ok now.

in my opinion the blame lays squarely on Jerry Jones shoulders and nowhere else. he single handedly ruined the team and set us back and is continuing to do so with dumb trades and stupid reaches on draft day, compound that by meddling in the coaches business, thusly not getting a big time proven coach because u have to have ur hand in everything. jimmy left, parcells left, and its clear Wade is nothing more than a puppet as a head coach who none of the players respect. there wont be a big time coach in dallas until jerry can sit back and let the coach do things his way which is why he gave Garrett the nod who will be yet another yes man!

look parcells was stuck in his old ways everytime we got some confidence he took it away thats why we lost so much it was like good job but dont smile or be happy about it and if garret was to do a bad job people will find some dirt on him i say f it get bill cower

Jerry Jones all the way. He built this team and created the monster that it has become. And you cant even blame it on coach wade. He wouldn't even be in Dallas coaching if it wasn't for Jerry.

December 7, 2008  07:28 AM ET

t-hanks parcell's single handly got us to where we are....period! all the guys playing for us right now Parcells guys! look at the record without parcells and then look at the record w/ parcells. if it wasnt for parcells draft picks and manevuring we'd still be a laughing stock of the league

December 7, 2008  12:09 PM ET

Christ, ruined the team, set us backwards etc. etc. etc. You would think the seasons over. Get a friggin grip. What a stupid topic.

Tony Romo will save the day today !!!!!!!!!!!!!

December 7, 2008  08:59 PM ET

I blame the city and fans for letting that nut turn our team into a carnival every year. The team has no direction, there a bunch of I'm for me guys.Need new owner and coach. With the talent of Dallas an average coach would get deep into the playoffs.
Eagles & Giants are real footbal teams and rule that division.
Washington has the same problem with there owner.
Dwayne T.
p.s....Owens is a bad luck charm with any team he plays for.

December 7, 2008  10:26 PM ET

I blame Beelzebub.

want to reconsider that thought? Save the day against the best D in the league? I don't think so

December 8, 2008  03:48 AM ET

I blame the Steelers for exploiting Dallas' weakness and showing how much of a cream puff that team really is. tony Romo is the next Trent Green.

Our NT is Jay Ratliff, who if you haven't noticed is the best player on the defense after Ware. Do your homework

It's December, Romo is done for this season, as ususal. He should quit trying to impersonate an NFL QB and go sell used cars for Troy.

December 8, 2008  12:12 PM ET

The whole team goes down. The dumbest move was to get Roy E. Williams for a 1rst round pick. What a joke. That will mess them up for next year.

December 8, 2008  05:54 PM ET

Worst team ever. I dont mean record either. I mean personnel, ex-cons/current cons/junkies/criminals/overrated crybabies/did I mention criminals. Has anyone ever watched Tony Romo play a football game for someone other than Dallas? He cant win a big meaningful game now and couldnt in college. Check out some tape from SIU vs. EIU in 2003. I can not describe how terrible he was in college. Seriously, Dallas, get rid of Jones, quit saying crap about how God looks down on your team, unless he is shaking his head in embarassement, fire everyone and start over with people who shouldnt be in jail.

December 11, 2008  01:05 PM ET

Who's to blame? Offensive play calling is the problem... IE, Jason Garrett. Where is that creative mind that he showed us last year and the year before that. Is he afraid of making a big mistake? That is what these 5 loses were.

December 11, 2008  03:32 PM ET

I blame society.

December 11, 2008  06:57 PM ET

I blame Jerry Jones for not hiring a strong head coach and allowing him and a GM to build and coach the team. JJ just sign the checks and sit back and watch Americas team win year in and year out....
There hasnt been a head coach in Dallas since Jimmy Johnson....its not long division, geez!

In my opinion, there are many people involved in the T.O. thing. Bottom line, they all took a gamble on T.O.s ability to help the Cowboys win. Big Business there. There's nothing they didn't know about Terrell and they "bet" that other team members and coaches could "take the abuse" he generously deals out, and still find a way to handle it and win. At this point, it seems their "bet" is biting them in the ****. But hopefully the Cowboys handle his BS, continue to be the professional team members they are and win the last games. I respect Tony Romo tremendously for his continued handling of T.O. and all the media. It's amazing how good Tony is and in such a few short years. My "Bet" is, T.O. will retire or go again to another team and cause them stress and make their jobs harder. Tony will be in the football hall of fame and he will have reached it never having chosen to get caught up in any situation that is detrimental to his team or his character. GO COWBOYS !
