Green Bay is hurt and beat up but still has a more potent offense than the Jets. Rodgers will beat the Jets blitz and jump out to an early lead forcing Ryan to go to the air. their running attack will be nullified and Woodson and Co. will pick Sanchez 3 times. Packers 37 Jets 23

I don't see a Packer win happening. Sorry. The Packers are a decent football team, sure. Their running game is semi-weak. Their passing attack has moments of greatness, but no real consistency. When it comes down to it, they barely beat the Vikings at home when they turned it over 3+ times. The Jets have turned the ball over 4 times all year. The Jets D is solid against the run and the pass. If the Pack has any trouble passing, their run game will not turn it around. That will hurt them against a disciplined team like the Jets. The Jets are also coming off a BYE. That's huge for a coach like Rex Ryan. He's all about preparation - and two weeks to prepare for a home game against a respected offense - that means he's had twice the amount of time to figure them out and determine how to shut them down. Sanchez is also not the QB he was last year, that you can turn your nose up at. LT is playing well enough. Shonn Greene is still solid too. My pick: Jets 24 Packers 14.

I think there are a few good P.S. picks. Well, the best one in my opinion, is the Steelers OVER the Saints. Its a (Pick) game, meaning there is no spread. The Saints just don't have the offensive depth to beat the Steelers. When they had Pierre Thomas and Reggie Bush at full health they were far more dangerous. When Brees has no choice but to throw, especially against the Pitt D, he'll make a ton of mistakes...I wouldn't take the Jets -6. I see them winning by more, but definitely not with enough confidence to put money on it. I'd take the Jets confidently as a moneyline pick. The Bucs OVER the Cards +3 is another good pick. The Cards are terrible, especially with Max Hall at QB. They should have been destroyed last week by the Seahawks, but luckily their red zone D kicked in a few times. Neither team is great, but the Bucs (with points) should be a solid pick. I think buying the Titans up to +4 is a good pick over the Chargers. The Chargers aren't what they were last year. The receiving core's weakness is hurting Rivers and their run game is not at all what it was when LT was around. Plus, the Titans have the most takeaways in the NFL with 18. So I'd be confident with them +4. Every other game is a bit too shaky to put money on for me. The Colts/Texans game is dangerous. I think the Texans will win, and with the +6 I'd feel OK about it. However, you never know when the Colts D will show up. It happens. I wouldn't bet on that game. The Broncos should beat the 49ers, but who knows how the traveling and severe disappointment of last week will be handled be either team. I'd avoid it, but if you don't, take the Broncos. The Dolphins +1 is also a decent idea. I'm not 100% confident, but I think the Bengals are underachievers and the Phins are simply the better team...also undefeated on the road. Avoid all other games 100%. Hope that helps.

Also, consider putting 10 bucks on my Parlay bet. It'll pay 30 to 1 so you'll make 300 bucks if I'm right. Just in case you didn't see it on the other thread, its:

ALL MONEYLINE PICKS - NO POINT SPREADS

1. Chiefs OVER Bills
2. Steelers OVER Saints
3. Jets OVER Packers
4. Titans OVER Chargers
5. Jaguars OVER Cowboys

Hah! I know its a long shot - that's why the odds are 30 to 1. And the Saints win? I'll bet you (paypal style) 100 bucks that the Saint don't win. That's how confident I am about it. You're either from New Orleans or informing your opinion with last years results. These are the Saints that have lost to the Cardinals and Browns...not the ones that won the Super Bowl after starting 13-0. Brees HAS to throw the football? Do you understand what that does to an offense? Running against Pitt is like running into a wall of cement. It also doesn't help that Ivory is not a good running back. He's had one good game. Ryan Leaf had a good game too once. It doesn't mean anything. Brees will make mistakes. He won't throw four picks again, but even two will be enough to kill the Saints chances. The Pitt offense is superior to the Saints as well. The Steeler receiving core is far superior. Randle El, Hines Ward, Heath Miller, and Mike Wallace (the fastest man in the NFL). C'mon. Mendenhall running the ball. If you can hear all of these things and still say "Saints win" without providing any kind of backup to your argument, well, then you're most likely a borderline ****. Good day, my special friend.

By the way, in case you couldn't figure it out (likely), my bleeped out word rhymes with smeetard.

Agreed. Too many offensive weapons for the Pack to handle. And the Jets D is arguably better than the others they've faced up to now.

How about 6-3?

You ought to learn about football sunshine. The Packers shutout the Jets 9-0.

October 31, 2010  04:28 PM ET

Totally unexpected. The Jets offense reverted back to 2009 form. Green Bay hasn't looked that good on defense since the season opened. Clay Matthews is the real difference maker. Without him they couldn't keep a lead against Miami.

Jet's D tried valiantly but their offense had it's worst game of the Rex Ryan/Mark Sanchez era.

Apparently not... three turnovers will do that.

But the Jets D did their job.
