A college football fan from West Virginia was talking crap to me back in college... back in the pre-Big Ten days when we played them every year.

He came to our campus and was bragging some BS: "Did you know that 1% of all the beer in the US is drank by the University of West Virginia? WOOOOO! We're better than Penn State! WOOO!"

I looked at him straight-faced... "Who do you think drinks the other 99%?"

Dang, thought this is where I could buy a hand-fan with a CFB logo on-line....

Same thing he was saying when he bent over to pick up the soap - " Boooooooomer Soooooner"

I heard about an OU fan and a Texas fan getting into it in a bar and one pulled a knife and De-sacked the other guy. He looks down and his balzac is ripped wide open. Happened about 3-4 years ago.

And I thought my driving from Mobile, AL to NOLA "on my way" home to Ohio the day of the NC just to show support because the Buckeyes were playing there and my sister flying halfway across the country to go to an out of conference game (and throwing away her backpack at the stadium because they aren't allowed) were impressive...

A judge in Alabama rescheduled a court case last year because it conflicted with the national title game.

There was a crazy Welsh rugby fan at a bar that said he would cut off his own nuts if Wales beat England. When Wales won, he got up and left. When he came back, he proved he was a man of his word.
