I JUST WATCHED THE MOST SHAMEFULLY OFFICIATED GAME OF ANY SPORT.
I???VE NEVER SEEN SUCH A DISPLAY OF INCOMPETENCE BY AN OFFICIATING CREW, THE NCAA SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF APPROVING THE LICENSE FOR THOSE FOLKS TO REFEREE A NATIONAL TELEVISED EVENT.
IN ANOTHER ERA AT LEAST YOU COULD COUNT ON THE ANNOUNCING CREWS TO SCRUTINIZE THE SITUATION, NOW MOST OF THOSE GUYS (IN THESE CASE ABC) ARE CORPORATE OWNED AND HAVE NO OPINION EXCEPT FOR THE COMPANY LINE.
DID YOU NOTICED THE TEXAS A&M BIAS?
SHAME ON BOTH THE NCAA AND THE ABC CREW, THEY BOTH SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED.

You obviously missed the Ohio State-Iowa game. That was the most poorly officiated game that I'd ever seen. However, its time at the top only lasted a few hours. The A&M - Nebraska officiating job was over-the-top. It is no wonder that Nebraska is leaving that bush league behind.

I am confused about the Ohio St Iowa game. I watched it, what did I miss? The officiating looked okay to me. Couple close pass interference calls on Ohio St but nothing that I took tremendous umbrage over.

The one, non-call that sticks out, is the face mask on Corey (Philly) Brown. He was in the air attempting to catch a bobbled ball, when the defender turned him around by the face mask. The referee was right there too.
It could have been better officiated, but pales in comparison to the NU/ TX A@M game.
