Vikings move to L.A. join NFC West - St. Louis Rams join NFC North.
I think this would make the most sense geographically speaking.
What do you guys think? Any chance of this happening?

This is not a well thought out idea - part of NFL history is the great (and I mean GREAT) rivalries in the NFC North - they have been there for longer than the Vikings existence (1961). Other than the Seahawks being a subsidiary franchise for the Vikings (west), there are no Viking rivalries in the NFC west. The fans would not put up with it. Everyday there is something in the news about some Viking or some Packer bashing the rivalry team. Where have you been??

Minneapolis has already approved a new $900 million stadium to be built ready for the 2015 season. The final game this season will be the last one in the Metrodome. The Vikings aren't moving anywhere. Jacksonville would make the most sense. The NFL doesn't care where teams are located. Weren't the Falcons in the NFC West for the longest time?

Yeah no chance. The Vikings are building a new stadium in Minneapolis.

The LA fans never supported the Rams so why is Goodell so interested in putting another NFL franchise there?

The NFL should be in LA for advertising revenue if nothing else. If only 1 in 20 TV's in LA is watching a NFL game that is still more then every TV in Jacksonville.
