Lebron does it all, rebound, score, block shots, dish dimes, kobe just scores. Last years stats Lebron averaged more points rebounds and assists. Lebron= Better

ok ill give to ya .. Lebron scores, rebounds, blocks shots, dishes dimes, but kobe does all that too, lebron is just missing one thing that kobe has... rings.. . nuff said

Isn't an NBA Campionship won by the Lakers as a team. Kobe has a great team but is not individualy better then LeBron

Kobe is a great player, he made his team great, and also wins championships.

He is great but not as great. Maybe Pau is the reason there were so good. Ever think about that

LeBron took his cavs to a championship seris and the conference finals twice by himself.....which is why he won the MVP twice in a row which is an individual stat unlike championships which measures teams and not indivdual players

Kobe couldn't lead his team to more than 45 wins without Shaq or Gasol. Lebron is a better player, Kobe is on a better team.

It all depends on the team they're playing with.
Neither could lead their team to success without help.
Every championship has been won by a solid team (team being the key).

You guys are comparing apples and oranges. One says Lebron has better stats and another says Kobe is on a better team. Lets turn that into a question. If Kobe was on a lesser team do you think he will have better stats than Lebron? if lebron was on a better team would he have at least two rings by now? The future will let us know the answer to both. Lebron is on a better team now and his stats has suffered. Point blank, if he wins more rings than Kobe he is the better player.

BTW...All Jordan did was score and he considered the greatest player to ever play the game...I'm just saying...

Kobe has the intangibles LIke leadership, Lebron doesn't. That is what makes him better. I'll like to see what Lebron does when he starts getting older and loses a step or 2.

Kobe is an adult and acts like one. People can count on him and trust him. Plus Kobe plays better team oriented on Offense and Defense.

I disagree with you assessment, but you got a great point.

Lebron is in a team with 2 other superstars.

Lebron might have better stats, but at the end of the day, you gotta look at one thing that he lost to Kobe by far: Leadership.

It is easy to have good stats when you are on a bad team and everything revolves around you.
but it is quite hard not to break when your teammates are looking at you for answers.
And in that, Lebron was found wanting.
When the pressure is on him, he quits.
When the Defense gets physical on him, he becomes a jump shooter.
Kobe on the other hand is a killer. He thrives on that.

That is the only reason he is better than LBJ.

All the rest (rebounds, points, assists, etc) are all bogus. Both can do it and do it well.
What separates both is that Kobe is a team leader. Lebron needs to be on a team with Wade and Bosh so he can thrive.

You can just see the difference in their bodies...Lebron, much stronger, faster, more athletic, better blocker, all around scorer.

Everyone keeps bringing up Shaq, Shaq always needed a superstar to get a ring. So did Dwayne Wade. For a team that had 60 plus wins and a homecourt advantage throught the playoffs the last two years, it would seem that those teams were not as bad as people make them out to be. Who is better, Kobe, period. Size, speed, and so on and so forth are not that important, when the final product is no rings. Lebron will not be as productive as Kobe is at this time in his career in the future. The difference is skill set. Kobe can manage himself, he is a better shooter, and a better leader, AND HE HAS THAT KILLER Instinct, he knows how to finish important games.
