Wow..someone has a hate for Peyton Manning...lol I hope you aren't looking for a serious discussion?

December 6, 2010  10:50 AM ET

seriously.... the guy has had a few terrible games and we are asking if he'd a "has been?" he doesn't have the strongest team right now and yes he's made some terrible throws, but he is still a top 5 QB no question. he will right the ship.

The point is now that things are going down the drain (they might not get to the playoffs) he is blaming everyone and the media who loves PAYTON is making all kind of excuses for him, watch ESPN and you will see what I'm talking about...he will not take responsability for what's going on...have you heard him say anything ? of course not he doesn't think is his foult...

This is my opinion on the Mannings.....all of them. Peyton has a 2nd rate team right now, because of injuries, and he's making the most of it with what he's got. He's a damn good QB. He kept fighting to win the game last night and damn near pulled it off, just him and Wayne by their lonesome. They had NO running game to amount to a hill of beans. Yes, the Cowboys were playing lights out considering the kind of year they've had, and I am a Cowboys fan. But, I respect Peyton. They did force overtime, even with 2nd and 3rd stringers.
As for Archie, I used to watch him play too. He was a very good QB on some sorry teams. He is living his life through his sons. Can you blame him? Now, when it comes to Eli, I did NOT think what they did to get him to NY instead of SD was right. Eli should have went with who drafted him, instead of squawking. But, since both teams got what they wanted, who am I to argue?
Peyton is in his 12th year too, I think. He's not getting any younger, but he can still toss that ball. This year is an aberration to a lot of teams anyway......Cowboys, Vikings, Indy......

Anything is possible. He may very well have his best days behind him. But, he was enjoyable to watch, even last night....and this is from a Cowboys fan.
