This story came out before the media smear campaign so it wasn't written to change people's minds. It was written to tell people about Cam. If one reads it with an open mind, maybe one could see he isn't as evil as the media wants you to think.

He is the first to admit he has made mistakes in the past, but that doesn't mean one can't become a better person. Most of the problems being thrown in his face happened two years ago. From what I have read and heard about Cam before all this negativity, he's a great guy. The Heisman shouldn't be about someone who has been perfect their whole life. The integrity part of the award should be about where the person is at this moment. And if one looks at his current behavior based on facts, its not fair to not vote yes. The people who know him today say he's a great person. The above article states it best. Also if his dad did something wrong, how does that make him look bad? We live in a country in which parents constantly state "its not my fault" when their kids do something wrong. Now you are telling me a kid should be responsible for their parent's behavior? Come on?
