NFL  > Chicago Bears  > No doubt who's #1 today!!! Believe it or not the Bears needed this!!!
December 13, 2010, 06:15 AM
Yes we did, our players and fans were getting too full of themselves. The Patriots proved to the entire NFL just what it takes to be a #1 team in any weather. Kudo's to the Patriots, learn to the Bears. We are still in first place thanks to the Lions, and the Packers play the Patriots next week in Foxbororough. The Bears need to work, work, and work some more. There are no guarantee's in this game except that there is only one Super Bowl winner. Lets just hope that the Patriots forget their lesson the Giants taught them a few years ago untill the Super Bowl where we (NFC)can return the favor in a more important game. Go BEARS!!!

the pats do look strong and seem to get stronger each week. the steelers or indy... maybe give the pats a run, but not too likely - especially w/ home field thru playoffs running thru N.E. on nfc side... maybe philly or the falcons would be a good matchup in the SB. but i'd put my money on the pats right now..... only problem is the odds would be poor on them as they have to be huge favorites right now to win the last game played this season.

The Bears are who we thought they were.

Lovie Smith is an albatross on the Bears, just like Wade Phillips was to the Cowboys, and Brad Childress was to the Vikings...

QUOTE(#5):

A lame and sadly outdated quotation. The Packers are also who we thought they were, scoring an embarrassing three points against a very beatable Lions team.

Yes, the Packers and Bears are just pretenders. Go Pats!

Can't wait until the Packers and concussion head Rodgers travel to Foxborough next week. lol.

y'know, Cutler suffered a concussion this year as well...i'm just not a fan of joking about any serious injuries...to me it's the equivalent of fans cheering when a player gets injured...
