How does he say no to $3.1 million?

Rumor has it Auburn is offering him $1.3 million and an additional $200k in incentives to stay on the Plains.

Should he take the Vandy job?

Wow...... Yea. I guess he has to. Even if its like a 3 year gig and then he gets canned cuz its such an impossible loser job, he can always go back to being a coordinator.

Auburn is desperate for him...if Auburn gets lit up by Oregon then they will let him go! Without Newton his offense would have stalled alot more this year! He needs to take that Vandy gig or something...strike while the Iron is Hot!

Cam makes that's an easy argument but the offense would have looked a lot different if he didn't have Cam who could get first downs by himself down the stretch of games. It would have been much more similar to Oregon's. I'm not saying it would have been as good and probably would have been more pass heavy but Auburn still would have had a pretty good year. Probably 10-2 or 9-3.

3MM at Vandy ??? You only need to win seven games, go to ANY bowl game, and run a clean program. Why not take a less stress job and get paid. Sounds pretty good to me.

And if you fail everyone says, oh well...its Vandy and at another school he will do better.
