Orgeon's fast paced offense may be all it needs to minimize Auburn's strength. Exhaust them and then pass and run all over them.
I wonder if Oregon will try to speed up their 'O even more (as if that's possible).
That way Auburn goes in prepared for the Road Runner, and they end up getting the Tasmanian Devil. (or would that be the other way around...)
I also wonder if Oregon will use a picture of a stack of $ or maybe a condemed building on some of their play cards.
That would be pretty damn funny!
Oregon played a D line such as Auburn, and got worked, for reference on how to beat Oregon, watch the Rose Bowl form last year.
Bah, if TCU wins neither the Ducks or AU has a clean title.
I always thought the deciding factor of who wins a game was who scored more points.

Here's hoping Oregon vs. Auburn ends up with an ugly 3-2 final score ... and TCU lays the wood to Wisconsin.

That's just a myth perpetuated by the teams that score more points.
I have seen a few duck games. Saw allot more Auburn games. I think the ducks can keep Scam om the sideline. They are much more aggressive than last year. Chip sat squat like a duck last year and learned allot from OSU. The cal game was right out of the OSU play book as the ducks used a nine minute drive, no points scored and won. 15-13 he should wear a green vest. Go quackers

Would be great. Even better would be a 10-10 overtime game where neither team scored in the 1st OT. The downside is then ESPN would be smoking the winner's pole crowing about what a great defense they were....
WOW..... I guess I don't know what I'm talking about. What I stated in my first post happened. You idiots can have your board. Only thing here are a bunch of smart A#$%. Seriously all I wanted was to discuss football.

Come back and try again sometime. Get an avatar and an identity so people get to know you. People on here can be pretty hard on newcomers at times but are really pretty solid football people. Generally pretty nice too.
Good analysis of the situation pre-game. Don't make yourself scarce. Come back and contribute. Congrats on the Auburn win.

I agree. I hope the counselor stays on.

Actually, I heard Chizik saying that they practiced for a very fast play-calling game...so much faster than they are used to that, during the first part of the game, the defense guys were coming off the field saying how slow Oregon was in starting the next play.
Good job Counselor
