NFL  > New York Jets  > Lucky Coach

One lucky play saved the Coach. Wow. Things look a little grim for the Jets now but they do have Favre for the stretch run. Forget the interceptions - that is what he does as part of those miracle throws he makes. By trying to reign him in you destroy his greatness. The Packers were 13-3 with him and are now 5-9 without. The Jets ......well you get my point.

Couldn't agree with you more, let Brett be Brett. The coaching staff has constantly been out coached. If the running game is working keep running until they stop it, if the passing game is working keep passing until they stop it.

The play called in the rain against Denver was flat out stupid - by the way JC did recover another blown officiating call, which also was a game changer.

GUYS, PLEASE, JUST ADMIT IT FARVE IS A HALL OF FAMER, BUT HIS DAY IN THE SUN ENDED LAST YEAR WITH A TERRIBLE INTERCEPTION. THE JETS SHOULD HAVE KEPT PENNINGTON, BOTTOM LINE. WE GET FANECA, WOODY AND KELLER. THEN WE LET GO OF A GUY WHO BLED GREEN AND WHITE AND WANTED TO BE HERE FROM THE DAY PARCELLS DRAFTED HIM. DOLPHINS 10-5

You're right on the money, jetsfan...Signing Farve and dumping Chad was a total panic move by that rat...I hope that washed up fraud QB has just one more game in him....

i mentioned this in another board topic but brett favre isn't completely the problem. his head coach is a terrible situational coach, and his o-coordinator is unimaginative and uninspiring. the coaching staff as a whole just refuse to make any in-game adjustments, sticking to a flawed game plan week after week.
