NFL  > General NFL  > Farve Eggo's it again

He's retired twice and un-retired twice. He's now retired for the third time. I'm betting the bank he'll be back. Again. Even if no team picks him up. I'm sure Sears would love to launch another waffling campaign. Atleast those were funnier then the way he played this year.

I have a feeling he won't be back this time. He's taken a beating unlike he's ever had before, and his streak is done and over with, so I see no reason for him to continue on. He'll either go on NFL Network or do commercials, or maybe both.

But, I've been wrong about things before, and could very well be wrong here too..........lol

I know he sounds sincere this time. And as you said he took a major beating this year. But a few months from now when he's healed and he's bored. We'll see!

If he hasn't had the sense beaten out of him, then he'd retire that horse to pasture and start making easier money. I think the only thing he was aiming for was to extend that streak to untouchable heights. Peyton Manning is the closest, and is in his 13th year, and would have to play another 5 or 6, maybe more, to pass it, and I don't think he will.
He can do some Geiko commercials as a caveman QB or something..........lol

he's done.... he wouldn't survive half a season if he came back again and he knows it. besides.... name a team that would want him.
